The two featured programs are personal training and indoor cycling sessions. These are highly curated programs to fit your individual needs and give desired results.
The personal training program is well constructed according to each person’s bodily needs and requirements. It includes body screening, Periodization, goal-specific planning according to the individual, and nutritional counselling. The program takes into consideration all your needs for a healthy and fit experience.
Indoor cycling sessions are conducted in the gym (only in Bandra batch)
